MEP Building services co-ordination

Co-ordination of all building services starts with the experience and technical knowledge of the services and systems within the project. Our staff have many years of experience working on a wide variety of projects throughout the construction industry including healthcare, residential, defence, energy and waste.

Depending on what your project requires we can produce 2D drawings for basic spatial design, fire strategy, MEP installation and pre-fabrication. 

3D modelling of MEP services is crucial for allowing us to flush out any clashes or flaws in the design process, way before the actual construction. We have many years experience using Autodesk Fabrication / CADDuct and its extensive library of manufactures parts allowing us to co-ordinate services with the confidence that the design works. Most of our projects utilise Autodesk Revit which we have built an extensive library or equipment and manufacturers parts but also allows us to work collaboratively together inside and outside of the company.

Once the co-ordination process is complete, we will produce 2D end sheets for the installation team, 3D model and pre-fabrication spools if the job requires off site pre-manufacture.
