More and more often we are being asked to run clash detection and model checking on BIM models produced by consultants during the design stage. We can offer clash detection for Hard and Soft clashes including a report on the findings. This can be a one time report or on a regular basis as your project needs. 

Along with clash detection we will interrogate the model for other issues such as installation preferences to ensure the co-ordination doesn't impede the installation. For example, valves installed above banks of electrical containment and thus not providing access for maintenance or ductwork access hatches covered by other services.
